Please read these shipping terms before placing an order – thank you!
Before inquiring about a lost package, please wait the estimated time (see below)
Orders are shipped within a week of placing the order.
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me! I will get it replaced for you ASAP.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes their country may charge upon delivery (including EU & UK countries)
Canadian orders will have sales tax applied at checkout as I am based in Canada.
If the customer puts in their address incorrectly or incompletely, I will first email the customer to correct the information. If the package still gets lost, the customer may need to pay additional shipping for a replacement. More information on this in the Return Policy page
Canada Post Labour and Service Disruptions
I primarily ship my orders through Canada Post and there could be service disruptions at due to strikes/labour disruptions by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) or other causes such as wildfires or geopolitical factors. You can stay updated with me here:

Canada/US Tariffs Situation
Information for EU & UK Customers
If you live in EU or the UK, keep in mind that I do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) on my store! Any VAT, duties, taxes, or fees applied to the order at customs are the customer's responsibility to pay in order to receive their package. Your postal service may require you to pay before you can get your parcel, and failure to do so might result in it getting sent back to me. This applies to any other country that might have import fees. Please keep this in mind before ordering from my shop, thank you!
How long does an order typically take to arrive?
Canada - 1-2 weeks
US - 2-4 weeks
International - 4-7 weeks
Canada Post advertises their estimated shipping times to be 4-7 business days for US deliveries and 6-10 business days for international deliveries, but they tend to take longer than that.
I believe my package is lost, what do i do?
Please first wait the recommended time above before inquiring about a lost package. If you're worried it might have been lost in the mail, please contact me at toorumlk@artofnusratnaomi.com, and we can get it sorted out!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the order and the location of the customer (the lowest shipping costs for international orders range from $8.50-8.75 USD.
Can you ship to my country?
Likely yes! Please check if your country is listed in the countries I can ship to on the side or below. You can find Canada Post’s official lists here and here.
How are orders shipped?
Orders will be shipped out from Canada, as I am based in Toronto, ON, Canada. My products are mostly flat and made of paper, and they will be mailed in envelopes with a stamp for Canadian customers or in rigid mailers for US and international orders. Larger orders may be sent out in a bubble mailer.
Shipping for Canadian orders is currently free, and get first priority (meaning I usually send those orders out first). Lettermail and stamps don’t have tracking but usually arrive at the destination in 1-2 weeks! US orders will always have tracking, some international orders have tracking (see list to the side/below), depending on whether it’s available for the country. Otherwise, international orders won’t have tracking!

What shipping couriers do you use
I almost always use Canada Post to send my orders! However, if I’m sending an order to a country where Canada Post currently has service disruptions (see to the side/below for the countries I can’t send to), I will sometimes use UPS. I will also sometimes, very rarely, use UPS to send US orders if I can find a good deal on a shipping label.
I got my order confirmation but my order status still says ‘Pending’ - what does that mean?
Your order confirmation email is the email you get after your payment has gone through, I’ve received a notification of the new order, etc. — it’s your receipt of the transaction essentially. Your order status will stay at ‘Pending’ until I have packed and weighed your order and have printed out your shipping label, which is when you will receive a fulfillment/shipping confirmation email (see question below). Sometimes when I’m handling a large volume of new orders, it may take me more than a week to ship out an order, so your patience is deeply appreciated! If I’ve fallen ill or there is some other reason that could be causing a delay in packing and shipping orders, I highly recommend signing up for my newsletter (sign-up form can be found in the footer) or checking my Instagram stories for any updates.
My order status says ‘Fulfilled’ - what does that mean?
Your order has been ‘Fulfilled’ once I’ve packed your order and printed your shipping label! You will receive a fulfillment/shipping confirmation email with your tracking number at this point (you may receive a bonus shipping conf. email from PayPal if that was your payment method at checkout). After I have dropped your order off at the post office, the delivery is then out of my hands and you can consult the status of your order through the tracking number, if one is available to you. But of course, please contact me for any reasons necessary!
I have more than one pending order- can you send them both together?
Yes! I always try to send multiple orders from the same customer in the same package to cut on shipping materials and costs, and I will refund them the extra shipping they paid for. There have been a few times I have combined the shipping fees paid by the customer to get them faster shipping (usually through UPS); however, the former is my usual method/policy.
Does my package have a tracking number?
Canadian orders will not have tracking but I hope to make up for it by providing free, economical shipping and priority to my fellow Canadians’ orders. I also have Expedited Parcel available for Canadians who wish to have tracking.
All US orders will have tracking. The tracking number US customers receive in their shipping confirmation email can also be used on the USPS Tracking website. Once your order has crossed the border from Canada to the US, I recommend checking the USPS tracking updates thereon out as they may be more accurate than the tracking Canada Post provides.
Not all international orders will have tracking. Please consult the list of international countries that can have tracking to the side or below. I have started paying for tracking services on orders that will be crossing the Atlantic ocean, both for the customers and my own peace of mind haha!
Australia/New Zealand orders will hereon out always have tracking, due to the sheer distance the order has to travel and, again, for mine and the customer’s peace of mind!
My tracking number isn’t working - what do I do?
You likely have an international order that was shipped through Canada Post’s Small Packet International - Air service, which doesn’t have tracking. The ‘tracking number’ that was in your shipping confirmation email is for Canada Post’s internal use and not for customers, unfortunately. Your order should arrive to your address or your closest post office by the recommended arrival time (4-7 weeks). If it still hasn’t shown up, please send me an email toorumlk@artofnusratnaomi.com.
Why was I issued a small refund?
Sometimes, it ends up costing a little less to ship an order than expected so this would be me refunding you the difference. Or, I have more than one of your orders which I will shipping together and therefore I am refunding you the extra shipping you paid for!

Countries I ship to but with significant delays:
Puerto Rico - I ship to PR with UPS only due to the effects of the Jones Act and the shipping cost calculated at checkout will reflect that. So sorry about that!
Ukraine - Canada Post is still offering parcel deliveries to the Ukraine, however please expect delays.
