Refund and Return Policy

For damaged or incomplete orders, please contact me at toorumlk@artofnusratnaomi.com ASAP, and I can get it sorted out for you – I will either replace or refund the missing/damaged item(s)

I am not accepting returns at this time. Thank you for your understanding!

If you’ve just put in an order but wish to cancel, send me an email at toorumlk@artofnusratnaomi.com within 48 hours of making your order for a full refund!

Please make sure to put in your address in all the necessary fields correctly. If the customer puts in the address wrong and it misses my notice when I’m packing and shipping the order, the package may get lost or be returned back to me. I may have to charge you extra for the return postage (I have not had to do this yet, but this will, tentatively, be my policy on the matter).

If you receive a small partial refund, that is either due to shipping costing less than I had anticipated for an order and it’s me sending you the difference or I have more than one order from the same customer which I’m sending together, and I’m refunding the extra shipping fee.
